Zutaten
| 1 | Limette |
| 1,5 Zweige | frische Minze |
| 1 Teelöffel | Zucker |
| 6 cl | Havana Club Añejo 3 Años |
| 6 cl | Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure |
| Crushed Ice |
Zubereitung
Blätter von den Minzezweiten abzupfen, ins Glas geben. Limette auf dem Tisch rollen oder mit einer anderen Limette in der Hand pressen. Durchschneiden und entsaften, Saft ins Glas geben. Zucker dazugeben, mit einem Löffel verrühren, bis der Zucker aufgelöst ist.
Eis zugeben (das Glas sollte noch nicht ganz voll sein). Rum zugeben, erneut verrühren, Mineralwasser zugeben.
Das Ergebnis schmeckt annähernd so, wie die Mojitos auf Cuba schmecken. Aber bitte versucht nicht, Rum zu verwenden, der nicht aus Cuba kommt. Das wäre einfach nicht richtig.
